Client Services Team Member
Location: Old Street, N1, London
Start: IMMEDIATE
Closing date: 14th March 2010
Duration: Contract until 31st Aug 2010 (with possibility of permanent work after)
Salary: £1400 pcm
Hours: Mon-Fri 9am to 5.30pm
Job Description:
Indigo Clothing is a promotional clothing agency, supplying businesses, sports teams, schools, clubs and societies with printed and embroidered clothing.
The Client Services Team Member will be the first point of contact for clients, providing quotations and general information about the services we are able to offer. The role includes:
- Pursue leads, contacting potential clients by phone.
- Close monitoring of the progress of orders, dealing both clients and suppliers, handling of accounts, and general administration.
- Responding to all order requests received am by close of play same day.
- Create paperwork for the order process.
- Ensure that credit card details are taken and correctly processed.
- Handle telephone queries.
- Help clients pick the most suitable clothing for their needs.
- File all sales invoices and quotations.
- Order products from suppliers.
- Check supplier invoices with quotation costs.
- Update prices from suppliers and update pricing on web site.
- All other relevant filing and any other functions as requested by management.
