T-Shirt Printing
Indigo Clothing is a t shirt printing specialist, printing t-shirts in quantities from 20 to 200 000 garments. When selecting a t-shirt printer the two key things to consider are:
1. What t-shirts are being used to fulfil your order?
2. What print method is being used to put your design onto the tees?
If you use the wrong t-shirt or an inappropriate print method you may end up with an a lot of t-shirts that you aren’t happy with.
Selecting the right t-shirts
Firstly, decide what you need the t-shirts to do. What image do they need to convey, do they need to last a long time, do they need to be light or heavyweight, do they need to come in multiple colour ways, do they need to be unisex or do you need specific men’s or women’s styles, do they need to be organic or ethically produced?
Brand | Lightweight | Heavyweight | Fashionable | Organic |
---|---|---|---|---|
Valueweight from £ 1.64 |
Super Premium from £ 1.98 |
|||
Heavy Cotton from £ 1.62 |
Ultra Cotton from £ 2.18 |
Softstyle from £ 1.62 |
||
Classic Jersey from £3.14 |
Slim Fit from £3.14 |
Organic from £3.03 |
Printing methods
Secondly, you need to print the t-shirts you have chosen. You can mix and match styles, colours and brands but we do have a minimum order of 20 items for screen printing. This is Indigo’s method of choice for printing due to the print quality but it has a time consuming setup process. The colours are bright and vibrant, the quality excellent and washed at 40 degrees without problems. Direct-to-Garment (DTG or Digital) and heat transfer (vinyl) t shirt printing methods are more suitable for printing smaller order quantities.
Alternatives to t-shirt printing
Indigo is far more than a t-shirt printer. We can print or embroider literally thousands of different products from caps and bags, polos and sweatshirts, jackets and fleeces. We also can supply you with other promotional merchandise. Indigo is dedicated to raising the standard of customer service in the industry by going the extra step for our clients when they need it.
